  3.     You have the non-exclusive right to use the ME text editor, source
  4. code, and accompanying documentation. This program may only be used on
  5. a single computer system at a time. Multi-site licenses are  available
  6. - please contact Magma Systems for details.

  8.     The  ME  text  editor  and  its  accompanying  documentation   and
  9. source code are Copyright (C) 1986 by Marc Adler. All right are reser-
  10. ved.  No  part  of  this  program  or documentation may be reproduced,
  11. transmitted, or sold without the express written consent of Magma Sys-
  12. tems.
  13.  
  14.     Any copying, duplication, selling, or distribution of this program
  15. and  its  accompanying materials is strictly prohibited. Any violation
  16. of the above is a violation  of  the  copyright  laws  of  the  United
  17. States.

  19.     The  ME  text  editor  and accompanying materials are provided "as
  20. is" without warranty of any kind. Magma Systems specifically disclaims
  21. any  implied  warranties  of  merchantability  or  fitness   for   any
  22. particular purpose.

  24.     In  no  event  shall  Magma Systems be responsible for any damages
  25. (including  damages   for   loss   of   business   profits,   business
  26. interruption, loss of business information, etc) stemming from the use
  27. or inability to use the ME text editor, even if Magma Systems has been
  28. advised of the possibility of such damages.
